How it works

Phase 1: Develop a plan together. We clarify what skills you want to cultivate as you meet the needs of the moment and what's coming for your team (the deliverables below are created in this phase).

Phase 2: Coaching — We work together on the play by play of fostering these skills and integrating them into your daily worklife. After each meeting, I offer targeted resources, tracking of insights from our meetings, and light work/reflection to do before the next meeting. 



Phase 1 Deliverables

1-Year Leadership Development Plan — a document where we clarify what skills you are working on in the context of the needs of the organization and the direction of your worklife

6-Month Priorities Map — a document where we translate the leadership development plan into specific skills and capability building, which we use in phase 2 coaching or you can use on your own

Client Portal — a personalized portal accessed through a one-click link with everything in one place, including all of our deliverables, resources curated for you, scheduling links and account information

How to get started

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a welcome email with your personal portal and the details to get started.


The package includes:

  • Phase I - meet weekly for 2 months, set development and coaching plans
  • Phase II - meeting 2x or 4x monthly for 6 months (includes light support on resources and exercises after each meeting; does not include email coaching or other support between meetings)
